Wooden Slat Acoustic Panels are composed of three core layers tightly integrated: The eco-friendly MDF substrate acts as the primary framework, delivering excellent structural stability and moisture resistance while adhering to stringent environmental standards from the source. The back is filled with high-density polyester fiber cotton—the key component for high-efficiency sound absorption and noise reduction—which can quickly dampen sound wave reflections and absorb ambient noise. The surface is finished with a diverse range of customizable veneers, including natural wood veneer, engineered wood veneer, melamine paper, or PVC, to match varied interior design styles, striking a perfect balance between acoustic performance and aesthetic appeal.
In terms of veneering craftsmanship, Wooden Slat Acoustic Panels are available in two cladding options: Single-side cladding prioritizes the visual presentation of the surface finish, making it ideal for scenarios where easy installation is a top priority.
