Installation Steps
1. Install the keel: First, install thekeel on the wall. with the spacing of40-60cm,and level the keel.(Theinside of the keel is wrapped with alayer of sound insulation felt to avoidrigid connection)
2Environmental friendly fiber soundabsorbing cotton is filled in the gap ofkeel.
3.Sound absorbing cotton on the wall:according to the requirements of siteconstruction.fix the sound absor ingcotton to the keel with nails along thegroove of the tongue and groove boardMore than 2/3 ofthe nails must beembedded in the keel,and the nailsshould be evenly arranged.
Matters Need Attention
1. The installation site must be dry, with aminimum temperature of not less than 10 degrees Celsius.
2. The maximum humidity change value ofthe installation site after installation should becontrolled in the range of 40%-60%.
3 The installation site must reach the abovespecified range at least 24 hours before instal-lation.
